The Birth edition package payment plan example

This example is based on just the Birth Story Package.

Let's say you book with me at 26 weeks gestation, the package is $1,400. You have 11 weeks to pay the remaining $1,200. Below is an example of how we can break it down.

1. non-refundable retainer fee

To secure your spot on my calendar, a non-refundable retainer fee of $200 is required. This ensures your Estimated Due Date (EDD) is reserved and prevents overbooking. This fee is due when you book The Birth Edition Package.

2. next payment is due based on your needs

Following the retainer fee, you have the option to make your next payment based on what works best for your financial situation. For this example, you choose the next payment to be due one month after booking.

3. Continuing payments every two weeks

To make things easier, the remaining balance of $1,200 can be paid off over the course of the next few weeks leading up to your due date. Here’s an example of how payments can be structured:

28 weeks – $250 payment, remaining balance: $950

30 weeks – $250 payment, remaining balance: $700

32 weeks – $250 payment, remaining balance: $450

34 weeks – $250 payment, remaining balance: $200

36 weeks – $200 payment, remaining balance: $0

4. you are now 37 weeks and my on-call period has begun

You are paid in full by 37 weeks in this scenario and only paying $250 every two weeks vs paying the whole remaining payment right before it's due.

payment plans are flexible and customized by you

After our consultation, if you decide to book with me, we’ll work together to create a payment plan that best suits your needs. The payment plan is entirely flexible and can be adjusted as necessary, if one week/month you’re unable to make a payment, that’s okay. The goal is to help alleviate the stress of large payments right before your baby’s due date, making the process easier and more manageable for you.
